Blaisdelle Taylor

Obituary of Blaisdelle Taylor

Blaisdelle Taylor, a hospice CNA who brought kindness and compassion to hundreds of Treasure Valley patients and families, died Friday, June 5th.  She was 27.

She was a creative and loving daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend who followed through on her dream of owning her own home.  It was there she cared for her dog Ted, her two cats Charlotte and Nemo, and her flock of chickens.

Blaisdelle loved caring for others from an early age.  In grade school, she would accompany injured classmates to the nurse’s office for a scraped knee, or direct arriving parents to where their child was playing at daycare.  As an adult, she was always the first one to think of a thoughtful gift or kind word to bring joy.  She loved animals, drawing, celebrating holidays with family, cooking for others, taking Ted to the dog park, and adopting animals in need of a loving home.

Blaisdelle is survived by her parents Heather and John, her sister Abbey, and her brother Matt.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that each person consider “paying it forward” in Blaisdelle’s honor by doing something kind for someone in need or donating to your local animal shelter.
