Dad, you will be in my heart forever. Rest in Peace now that you are out of pain, all my love.
I will keep all the memories of our silly antics in my heart also, like staying up late to log, track and bid on Channel 4 auction items, both of us organizing our tax paperwork at the Condo while on "vaca", or traveling to your family reunions near Aunt Barbaras, flying to San Francisco to get your company car, grange events, running the projector for you during your Drivers training classes, camping at Josephus, teaching Mary to Drive and many many other times!

I was honored to know Harold for nearly 40 years. It was so easy to really like Harold because of his friendly and upbeat nature. In all those years, Harold demonstrated an honest and unmatched work ethic. As an employee of a supplier to the company I worked for, Harold was always available and dedicated to helping us work through any issues. I recall one time, when I was working in Hermiston OR, we were in a serious state, where we were close to shutting down our operations if we couldn't fix a problem. I called Harold at his home, late one evening, and explained the situation. Harold was at our factory 4 hours later and had the problem solved. This was the kind of guy Harold was. A man you could count on and was always willing to help. I often had the say in which supplier we would use in Harolds area of expertise. I never once considered changing to another company because of the value Harold offered. I am thankful that I had the chance to meet up with Harold about a week before he passed. I was able to let him know how much I respected him and how thankful I am to have had the privilege of knowing him. I also was able to tell him that I loved him too. I do love that I knew Harold and I am a better person for that experience.

I worked with Harold at Idaho State Grange during his term as President. He spent his summers taking Veterans on fishing trips to Alaska. Jan Krall
