Obituary of Marilee McDonough

   Marilee McDonough, 81 of Boise, Idaho passed Thursday, January 20, 2022 at a local care center.

   Marilee was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on September 12, 1940. She moved to San Francisco, California when she was just 4 years old with her family, where she graduated from high school in 1959. Marilee traveled with her mother to many areas of the world. She worked for triple A of California for 38 years as a claims adjuster. She commuted from her home across the Golden Gate Bridge to downtown San   Francisco every day during those work years.

   Marilee enjoyed sailing with her friends on the San Francisco Bay and visiting with Joan her sister and her family in various states where Joan and her husband were stationed in the Air Force. Marilee was a wonderful sister and a great aunt, she loved dogs and has enjoyed    caring for them in her home over the years. Marilee had a good sense of humor and was always fun to be with. We are all very grateful  she was a wonderful friend and amazing sister to Joan.

   Marilee’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, January 28, 2022 at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Boise. Marilee will be interred at Dry Creek Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Accent Funeral Home. Condolences to the family may be left at www.AccentFuneral.com
