Obituary of Philip Lyle Prindle

Philip “Phil” Lyle Prindle sadly passed away at his home on August 22nd, 2022 at the age of 44.

Phil was born in Boise, Idaho on August 1st, 1978, son of Lyle “Bo” Everett Prindle and Carolyn.  He attended his schools in Boise, Idaho. Phil had a tough exterior and a gentle soul with the best sense of humor. He was kind, caring, smart, committed, silly, had a contagious laugh, loved hot peppers, and was truly one of a kind. We’re all blessed to have known and loved him.

Phil enjoyed quality time with his wife and son, all things Star Wars, Lego’s, Denver Broncos, hunting, riding dirt bikes, watching football and shooting with his brother. Phil spent many loyal years in the car wash industry and recently started his own landscaping business and enjoyed watching it grow and proud of his accomplishments.

Phil is survived by his wife, Crystal Prindle, married on July 18th, 2003 and together a total of 25 years; son, Christian Prindle, born March 1999, 23 years old; mother, Carolyn Corless and her husband, “Pops” Lane Coreless (Boise); sister, Janene (Jason) Dodds; brother, Lucas (Carol) Hadley; brother in law, Rand (Kyleen) Snider; mother in law, Laurie Hoisington; grandma, Myrna Prindle and grandma, Kathleen Snider; four nieces, one nephew, many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Phil is preceded in death by his father, Lyle “Bo” Everett Prindle; grandpa, Stan Prindle; Papa Doyle and Grammy Lois Brown; uncles, Jimmy Brown and John Brown.

A viewing and visitation will be held, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, Thursday September 1st at Accent Funeral Home, 1303 N. Main St. in Meridian. Funeral services will be held Meridian Friends Church 1021 W. Pine Ave, Meridian, ID 83642 at 10:00 am, Friday September 2nd. Interment to follow at Meridian Cemetery 895 E. Franklin, Meridian. Reception will be held at Courtyard by Marriott, 1789 S., Eagle Rd.  Meridian immediately following the interment.
