Obituary of Robert LeRoy Bailey

Robert was born in Boise, Idaho on June 18, 1940 and passed peacefully on February 12, 2023.  He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Cady, and his nine children. Robert attended medical school at UCLA and had a fulfilling career and was a senior partner with the Women’s Clinic until he retired in 2002. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the Navy. He was an intellect with a quick wit.  He lived a full life and had many passions, some of which were photography, astronomy, woodworking, cooking, and chess.  In his later years, Robert split his time between Maui, McCall, and Big Creek and loved being a member of the Maui Canoe Club. There are numerous stories of how he impacted many lives with his kind and generous spirit.  Robert will forever remain in our hearts and memories and sweet baby Jesus he will be greatly missed!  Arrangements are under the care of Accent Funeral Home and Cremation, Meridian.  Remembrances may be left for the family at www.AccentFuneral.com
