Obituary of Debbera Kathryne Rhoades

Debbera Kathryne Rhoades, a vibrant and joyous woman, peacefully departed this life on December 27, 2023, in Meridian, Idaho, at the age of 72. Born on November 15, 1951, Debbie was a radiant presence, known for her warmth and enthusiasm that brightened the lives of those around her. Growing up in Pocatello, Idaho, she made it her beloved hometown.

In October, following an illness, her son, Chainey, lovingly brought her to Meridian, where she found comfort and care in his home. Though the time was brief, every moment was cherished by her sons and family, providing her with unwavering companionship and love.

Professionally, Debbie followed in her father's footsteps, excelling first as a talented hair stylist before embarking on a rewarding career in television. Her pride in contributing to various television stations and lending her charisma to numerous commercials endeared her to everyone she encountered. Her dedication and passion for her work shone brightly.

During her leisure time, Debbie found joy in outdoor activities, indulging in hunting, fishing, and camping in the mountains.

She leaves behind treasured memories and will be deeply missed by her surviving family members, including: sons and daughter-in-law, Chainey and Brenda Rhoades, and Randy Rhoades; siblings: Gary, Karla, and Gerald, her cherished baby brother; grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Robert Kimber, and her mother, Norma Monroe.

Remembered for her infectious spirit, boundless joy, and meaningful contributions to the community, Debbie will be profoundly missed by friends, family. Her vibrant love for life will continue to inspire all who knew her.
