Obituary of Marilyn Steiger

Marilyn was born on December 4, 1939 in Nampa, Idaho to John and Esther Milliken.  She grew up in the Nampa Valley and Reno, NV before moving to Renton, Washington when she was a senior in high school.  A temporary move became permanent and the family remained in Washington but visited relatives in the Nampa Valley regularly.  She returned to Meridian, ID in 2012 where she spent the remainder of her life and enjoyed trips, outings with friends, playing cards, activities with local senior centers and her family.  She passed quietly on December 26, 2023.  Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents; son, David and  grandson, Chase.  Surviving relatives include her daughter, Laura Jepsen (David); three granddaughters: Erica Bjella (Keith), Emily McNabb (Andrew), Elise Fleming (Andrew) and one grandson, Albert Onstot (Jayne).  She also had nine great grandchildren: Grant, Charlotte, Jane, Noah, Finn, Danielle, Macallan, Ford and Caleb.  There will be no services per Marilyn’s request. Burial will be at Kohlerlawn Cemetery in Nampa, ID
