I am a sorority sister of Ann Pardew-Peck,. I remember her as a loving happy and compassionate person. She would be there to lend a hand wherever needed. Concerned fo the other person. Lost contact with her.
I pray for peace and comfort for her family and friends.
Sincerely,

Steve,
It was a pleasure to meet you yesterday. I can see the family resemblance and spirit and kindness in you, just like Ann. I am sorry for your loss. She will be greatly missed.
Bryant, Keri and Kaedy,
What a blessing Ann and you all have been to me and my family. Ann was soo generous, in every sense of the word. She was thoughtful about other's feelings. One of my earliest memories of her, we were talking about the population growth of Idaho and Eagle in particular. Coming from a family that has farming and ranching in our background, I know it is hard to see the land being gobbled up by buildings. Ann expressed her sadness about that but, immediately added what wonderful women the growth had brought to our PEO chapter. I had no idea she felt that way and it made me feel so good that she really liked us.
You were all so kind to Will, my son, the summers he worked at your place. You paid him way too much. He benefited from the love and great sense of humor exudes from your household.
Ann had a beautiful smile and awesome laugh! It made you feel good hearing her laugh. She was funny too! She was so kind and loving. Her family was always on her mind and you knew she would do whatever was needed to benefit her loved ones.
She loved children and justice. When one of my children had been treated unfairly by someone who gives horse riding lessons in Eagle, Ann was so upset. She said, children should not be treated that way. She even tried to give my child her horse!
She helped others when no one else could, even if it wasn't convenient for her. What a wonderful light she was in the world. She will be greatly missed.

I would like to add my condolences to Ann's family - husband, daughters and mother. Ann and I were classmates at Cottey. In fact, she and I drove back to Cottey for our second year. I was from southern Oregon and my dad drove me up to Ann's house with all my stuff. Between her stuff and my stuff, her car was packed to the brim as we drove off the next morning. I don't think we could see much out of the back window! It took us 3 days to drive to Nevada, MO, and we had the best time. I will always carry that memory. Please know I will miss her. I'm so sorry for your loss.

So very sorry to learn of the passing of Ann. I was at Cottey during Ann’s freshman year. She certainly lived a life typical of many Cottey alumnae - full of accomplishment and a life well lived. I was an elementary music teacher for 30 years. While we did not maintain a connection after Cottey, I am sure we would have been kindred spirits as many elementary music and PE teachers work closely together. Saying prayers for the entire family during this very difficult time. May God bless you with strength and comfort.

Bryant and girls, I want to send my deepest condolences on the loss of Ann. She was a dear friend to me at Cottey College and we were very close during that time. We stayed in touch until a few years after she married Bryant and life consumed our time. I so enjoyed reading the beautiful obituary and will always remember the fun times we had together, especially the opportunity I had to visit her home and family for a week at their horse ranch! Of course she had to teach me how to ride! I will always remember her beautiful smile and her love of the anything active or outdoors. She was my special freshman and so my role at Cottey was like a "pledge mom" to Ann and I will forever treasure all the wonderful memories we shared. God bless you all, bring you peace, and comfort you with precious family memories! --Linda Gordon, Boonville, MO

I am so sad to read of Ann’s passing. She was an amazing person, an inspiring teacher, and a loyal friend. I have the best memories of western line dancing, teaching driver’s education together in Eagle, teaching together at Eagle Hills, scrubbing her kitchen floor with bleach and giggling until our sides hurt. I love you Ann, and am heartbroken that we lost touch over the years.
To Bryant and your girls, sending you prayers as you deal with the loss of your precious wife and mom. My heart hurts for your tremendous loss. I am also saddened that I can’t come and say goodbye to Ann and give you all hugs. Sending my love and prayers.

Mrs. Peck taught me at Joplin and was a wonderful teacher. She did so much for us! The walk clubs, walk to the capitol, fun runs, and overall fun. She will be missed, but she certainly left a great legacy to all her students.
